Returns/ Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on open products.

We comply with all statutory and consumer laws and we will honour any claims if products sold do not meet expectations and/or are not fit for consumption or fit for their purpose.  If there is any defect in the goods delivered, we only recognise a claim within 7 (seven) days of the delivery. Under no circumtance will we recognise a credit beyond this stipulated time-frame. 

If not an error of our own during despatch, the return postage or freight is payable by the buyer.
