Terms and Conditions


Prices are listed in Australian Dollars. Customers are advised that our prices are updated weekly, and are denoted on the website with the product. However, pricing may be subject to change without notice. We cannot credit or refund after we have sent out your order.


Delivery of goods purchased are either via the Australia Post network or courier service depending on exact location. The shipping charges are displayed in the shopping cart page. Shipping charges are calculated based on a weight per article basis. Upon email request, we might be in a position to combine or offer a discounted postage or courier fee. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

Products are considered sold to customer at the day we shipped them. Shipping charges do not include insurance normally. It will be stated if insurance is included. In the case of lost mail or misplaced parcels, we do not take responsibility although we may assist in the recovery process. This is further applied to all orders where the buyer has clearly provided instructions for parcel to be left on front door or other nominated spot. We highly advise customers include registered post for Australia Post sent items. Please email us if insurance is required. If you choose to grant the carrier authority to leave goods at the delivery address even if unattended. However, please note that neither Paragon nor the carrier will be liable for loss or theft of the goods and the goods will be left at your risk. In addition, the carrier retains the discretion not to leave the goods unattended, including where the carrier deems it to be unsafe to do so.

At this stage, we do not ship internationally due to the fragile state of our food offerings and gyrations in temperature.

If for any reason, the quality of our food offerings have been compromised in any way, please contact us.

Note, due to some delivery locations being in remote areas, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge due to the high cost of delivery. Unfortunately, we no longer subsidise deliveries to such areas which includes all Australian islands excluding mainland Tasmania.

Redelivery fee may apply for all unsuccessful deliveries and is payable always by the purchaser. The amount will be dictated by the carrier and will be passed on in full to the buyer.

Until further notice, we no longer fulfill orders to Parcel Lockers that a credit card has been used as a mode of payment. Please supply a home or work address that matches the credit card details supplied. Alternatively, the only exception to this rule is if the order is paid by direct deposit.


Packaging & the Environment

Wherever possible we try to reuse cartons and packaging materials to help the environment and keep ours and your costs down.

Returns & Credit Policy

Upon receipt of the goods, you agree to examine the goods and notify us if there is any defect in the goods within 7 (seven) days of the delivery. Under no circumstance will we recognise a credit beyond this stipulated time-frame. We will at our discretion offer either a replacement or refund for products either past the best before or use-by-date, items sent incorrectly or in error and/or products are deemed to be faulty/damaged or compromised in any way.
