Description
Organic light agave syrup is extracted from cactus and processed using natural enzymes. Agave has a low glycaemic index and is suitable for diabetics, however it is not suitable for those with sensitivity or intolerance to fructose. Light agave is golden in colour with a delicate flavour and can be used as a substitute for honey, maple syrup or other sweeteners. Use agave in beverages, sweet or savoury recipes, baking, chia puddings or desserts.
